Returns & Exchanges

At PWR Supply, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
